The opportunity to create a new logo for BC Transit was irresistible and very rewarding. Establishing the art direction for future print and web materials was the highlight of my tenure while at BC Transit. Creating new looks for the provincial fleet of buses, on street signage, Rider's Guides, newpaper ads, annual reports, interior bus signage, and bus stop shelters (and much more) as well as developing the corporate graphic guidelines proved my skills as a designer, art director and production coordinator.

ART CARDS & PRINTS
A variety of my original photo montage illustrations are available as art cards and limited edition archival prints (suitable for framing). Sizes range from 4" x 5" and 5"x5" cards to 11" x 14" prints. Custom sizes or printing on canvas or other materials can be arranged.
The Fairfield Gonzales Community Association sponsored the Fairfield Stories Community Mural, created in collaboration with artist Carolyn Knight. Inspired by Garry Oak meadows, cycles of nature, (especially water and seeds) and our connections to community and place, Carolyn led several community art workshops which produced amazing artworks, many of which are incorporated in the mural. Collaborating with such a visionary talent as Carolyn was inspiring and I believe my efforts to organize the huge amount of original artwork material while focusing and expressing the central vision have been successful. Creating the photo illustration and design for this beautiful piece, (sized 4' x 16') now installed next to Sir James Douglas School, was both a pleasure, a technical challenge and an honour.
Garry Oaks – Transformations
Garry Oak trees, unique to our area provide inspiration in an unequaled variety of form and seasonal variations.
As above, so below With roots in the earth and branching into the heavens, trees in their wild and cultivated varieties are living metaphors of life's mysteries and remind us to persevere, connect, rejoice, rest and be reborn.
